Bubble Tea


  • 1 cup dry boba
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup cane sugar
  • 2 cups strong brewed tea
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Ice cubes
  • Add the dry boba, water and cane sugar. to the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  • Select PRESSURE COOK – HIGH. Set the time to 2 minutes. Press Start.
  • When the program is done Quick Release the pressure by moving the valve to vent.
  • Carefully remove the boba from the Inner pot, set it aside and let it cools down.
  • Once the boba has completely cooled, divide into two large glasses. Add the tea, milk, sugar and iced cubes. Adjust to taste.
  • Enjoy.
