Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp monk fruit erythritol, coconut sugar, panela
  • 1 small banana mashed or pureed
  • 3 tbsp plant -based or regular milk
  • 5 tbsp oat flour or flour of your choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp nuts of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In an ovenproof cup, mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the chopped nuts.
  2. Using the Instant Vortex panel, press Bake , set the time to 12 Minutes and the temperature to 170°C . Press Start.
  3. Add the preparation and close the basket.
  4. When the time is up, flip the cake and bake again for approximately 05-08 minutes.
  5. You can decorate with banana slices, cinnamon and honey.
