200g black chocolate (74% cacao , often called “chocolat pâtissier “)
Melt chocolate and butter together.
Add sugar, flour and eggs. Beat.
Put in ramequin on the trivet (250ml water in the pot),
Cook 6 minutes on “manual”, then quick release (QR).
for a larger cake, add a little more cookiing time
