This pot ROCKS. 3 months of heavy use - no problems. Love brown rice at speed of pressure cooking. Carnitas pork ... outstanding. German potatoes with kielbasa and green beans - quick and satisfying for a rapidly growing family. Only cook on stainless steel, cast iron and glass avoiding teflon coatings - this is the only electric pressure cooker I could find that fit the task. Totally enthused about the quality of the stainless inner pot with nice capacitance disk on the bottom to boot! Small kitchen? Toss your rice cooker, slow cooker and only use that big skillet once in awhile ... the saute function is adjustable, fast and functional. One instant pot does it all!!!!!
