The Instant Pot® Gem Multicooker is unique in its category as it remembers the most recently used settings per cooking program for a more personalized cooking experience. You can experiment and fine-tune the cooking settings for each program to achieve the best cooking results. Over time, the Instant Pot® Multicooker will become your personalized chef as it perfectly customizes to your cooking preferences.
The design of the multicooker is ideal to allow you to easily transfer the ceramic-coated non-stick inner pot to your oven or dinner table. The rectangle shape of the inner pot lets you cook larger chickens, ducks or roasts. The tempered glass lid provides you with the ability to monitor your cooking or baking very easily. Both the inner pot and the lid are dishwasher safe, making one pot cooking even easier.
The heating element is 1500W and is one of the highest in the multicooker category providing you with optimal searing, roasting, baking. Baking a cake at 375°F will be easy and will prevent you from heating up your entire kitchen.
The up to 24-hour delay start feature allows you to postpone the start to have dinner ready when you are.
The automatic “Keep Warm” holds the temperature of the meal until you’re ready to serve. It is not available under the “Sauté/Sear” and “Bake” programs. For the “Roast” program, it can only be activated manually and the default “Keep Warm” time is 2 hours maximum. The default “Keep Warm” time is 10 hours for the “Stew”, “Slow Cook (H)”, and “Slow Cook (L)” programs, and 2 hours for the “Steam” and “Rice” programs.

Gem Multicooker is built with an embedded microprocessor that carefully controls the timer and temperature to ensure consistent cooking results. You can customize these settings using the operation buttons +/- to adjust cooking time and temperature, allowing you to achieve your preferred cooking results.
The Slow Cooker, in addition to the (2) temperature settings, Low (L) – 88-93°C / 190-200°F and High (H) – 93-99°C / 200-210°F, you have the flexibility to customize the cooking time between 0.5 – 10 hours for each temperature level.
For sauté, in addition to the flexible temperature settings, you can easily adjust the time to a maximum of one hour in 5 minutes intervals.
Baking a cake at 375°F is easy and prevents you from heating up the kitchen.
Gem allows you to easily adjust settings even after the cooking is in progress. Note: Not applicable to “Stew” and “Slow Cook” as these functions have a preset temperature that cannot be changed.
